Answers to your most common questions about our design subscription

How does the unlimited design subscription work? Once you subscribe, you gain access to your private Trello design board. You can add as many graphic design or website requests to your queue as you like. We will work through your requests one by one with maximum focus and quality.
What does "one active request at a time" mean? To deliver high-quality work with fast turnarounds, we tackle your queue sequentially. As soon as you approve an active design task, we immediately move to the next item sitting in your "Next Up" column.
How fast will I receive my designs? Most everyday graphic design tasks (like Canva social media posts, flyers, or business cards) are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Larger projects, like building a complete website on Hostinger, are broken down into systematic daily milestones so you can track continuous progress.

Are there any long-term contracts? None. You pay month-to-month through our secure Stripe portal. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or minimum contract commitments.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription? You can pause or cancel your plan at any time directly through your Stripe billing portal or by shooting us a quick email. If you cancel, your subscription will run through the end of your current billing period.
Do I need to buy my own Hostinger hosting plan? Yes. You will maintain direct ownership of your domain and Hostinger hosting account to ensure you have 100% control over your assets. We will log in, design, build, and launch your site for you.

What services are included in my subscription? Your subscription covers your entire online design footprint:
- Graphic Design (Canva): Social media graphics, digital ads, business cards, flyers, brochures, logos, brand guides, and pitch decks.
- Web Design & Development (Hostinger): Full business websites, high-converting landing pages, redesigns, product pages, and ongoing site maintenance.
Are there any design tasks you don't do? We do not handle 3D rendering, complex custom code/software engineering, advanced video animation, or CAD projects. Our focus is strictly on modern graphic design and high-converting Hostinger web builds.
What if I don't like the design? No worries at all! Revisions are unlimited. Simply leave your feedback on your Trello card or drop a comment, and we will keep tweaking it until you are 100% satisfied.
